    Due to local government lockdown restrictions, the Visa Application Centres in Islamabad, Karachi and Lahore will be closed from 10-14 May. We will contact customers who already have appointments booked to help you reschedule these.

  • The Portugal Visa Application Centre is offering the following appointments as instructed by the Portugal Embassy


    Due to Covid 19 there are strong restrictions of travel, At the moment the Embassy is accepting visa applications on exceptional cases mentioned by law.

    Customers have to send an email to: mentioning the following details:

    • Name,
    • Telephone number
    • Email address.

    Customers will then be contacted for an appointment date.

    Your safety is our priority. As part of precautionary measures, customers visiting our Visa Application Centres will be subjected to body temperature checks to assess their health conditions and required to wear a face mask and gloves. Customers exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, including fever (higher than 38 degrees Celsius), cough and difficulty breathing will be allowed to reschedule their application submission for another day and will be advised to seek medical attention at the nearest healthcare facility of their choice.

    Apart from the safety procedures conducted, please note that:

    Limited number of customers will be allowed inside the Visa Application Center at a time.

    No Walk-ins will be allowed. Only customers with an appointment will be allowed in the Visa Application Center, Any customer who are more than 10 minutes late or early of their scheduled appointment time will not be allowed to enter the Visa Application Center and will have to book another appointment.

    Only customers submitting applications can enter the Visa Application Center, No accompanying family members are allowed to enter.

    Social distancing measures must be followed at all times when inside the Visa Application Center.

    The following precautionary measures will be in place at this Centre In line with guidelines of the World Health Organisation and local authorities, our employees at this Centre are maintaining various preventive measures such as disinfecting high-contact surfaces, body temperature screenings, use of hand sanitizers, regular hand-washing, and social distancing practices.

  • Please note: As of 02 February 2020 the Schengen visa fee per person (Short Stay Visa) will increase from 60 to 80 euros or the equivalent amount in your local currency. For children between 6-12 years old the visa fee will increase to 40 euros or equivalent
